Description

THE ATTACHED, RFP AMENDMENT 0001, PDFS CHAPTER 3 - IT SECURITY, CHAPTER 5 - MANAGING IT RESOURCES, AND CHAPTER 6 - INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND SECURITY, QUESTION RESPONSE, AND REVISED ATTACHMENT 6 - SOW AMENDMENT 0001. This notice provides notice that the Judiciary intends to make a single award IDIQ from this solicitation. The

period of performance for the IDIQ contract is for a seven-year ordering period with a three-year optional ordering period, and a six-month optional ordering period (under Clause 2-90C). The contractor shall provide, to individual United States Probation and Pretrial Services Offices (USPPSO), located nationwide, automated analyzers, forensic use immunoassay reagents, controls, calibrators, all supplies and consumables necessary to operate the analyzers; maintenance of the analyzers; training; water systems; quality control, and a data management system with the capability to export results to all USPPSO laboratories, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RFP USCA26R0001 AND ALL

ATTACHMENTS. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.GOV in order to be awarded a contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR or small business regulations for open market procurements and thus this will not be set aside for small business. ATTACHMENT 7-
