21) is soliciting information contractors that can provide Fire Door Repairs for VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS). A Statement of Work (DRAFT) is attached. As this is a service acquisition, the Small Business Administration and the Federal Acquisition Regulation have a Limitations on Subcontracting requirement.
