Purpose: The DEA Diversion Control Division will be hosting an Industry Day to support ongoing market research for IT modernization capabilities that may enhance regulatory, compliance, legal and enforcement mission functions. The purpose of this event is to provide industry with an overview of the DEA Diversion Control Program mission and program operations. The Government seeks to increase awareness of commercially available technology platforms and solutions that support legal, compliance, regulatory, enforcement activities and operational efficiency. This event will consist of Government briefings on mission functions and potential technology areas of interest. The Industry Day will also provide an opportunity for general discussion and information exchange. This is a Special Notice issued in accordance with FAR 5.205 (Special Notices) and FAR 15.201 (Exchanges with industry). Event Details: Date: Thursday, March 26, 2026 Sessions: Two identical 90-minute sessions (AM and PM) Morning Session: 10:00 a.m. Afternoon Session: 2:00 p.m. Format & Capacity: In-person: Limited to 100 participants Virtual: Limited to 300 participants Location: In-person: address to be provided to confirmed registrants Virtual: link to be provided to confirmed registrants Attendance limits: In-person: up to 100 participants (total per session) limit of 2 per vendor.
