Quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will NOT be accepted. The quoted price MUST be for the REPAIR ofthe item(s). All other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect. \ he solicitation response date is extended through 5:00PM E.S.T. on February 9, 2026. On page 2, "SOLICITATION NOTES" at Section G, The Repair Turn Around Time of 76 Days is deleted and placed with a Repair Turn Around Time of 365 Days. Page 5 "SOLICITATION NOTES" at Section H "Evaluation Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures" is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: Evaluation Utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures This requirement will utilize the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)source selection process. The Government will evaluate proposals to determinewhether they meet the minimum technical

requirements outlined in theperformance work statement of this solicitation. Proposals that are determinedto be technically acceptable will then be evaluated based on price. Thecontract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal istechnically acceptable and offers the lowest price. Quotes shall be received no later than the date specified in the solicitationin order to be considered.
