The Department of Defense is procuring tables, chairs, and tents for the Joint Base Charleston 2026 Air Show. The contractor will be responsible for delivering, setting up, tearing down, and removing the equipment within specified deadlines.

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials and transportation necessary to deliver, set-up, tear-down, pick-up and perform periodic servicing of equipment for the Air Show taking place May 1 to May 3, 2026. Tents, tables, chairs, and any miscellaneous equipment shall be set up and in place no later than 1600 Thursday, April 30, 2026 and removed no later than 1600 Monday, May 4, 2026. The contractor should provide enough personnel to have all equipment set up by 1600 as to not cause significant set-up delays with other vendors and organizations for the event.
