Description

of Requirement: Training and Education Command (TECOM), in support of the Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (MCJROTC), has a requirement for a comprehensive, turnkey STEM Camp program. This includes the planning, coordination, and execution of two (2) one-week residential STEM camps designed for approximately 145 MCJROTC cadets. The camps will be conducted at Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia, during the period of 12–18 July 2026, and at Ignite Pathways in Woodbine, Iowa, during the period of 26 July–1 August 2026. The requirement encompasses all necessary personnel, facilities, equipment, supplies, and academic administration, including an established partnership with Shenandoah University to allow cadets to earn up to three (3) college credits in 100-level engineering coursework. Additionally, the contractor must provide specialized curriculum instruction in STEM and AI concepts, as well as 24/7 cadre support for cadet supervision, safety, and accountability.
