Description

The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail : A minimum of 4800 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 6200 RSF of retail .S. Armed Forces Career Center. Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years. Located within a defined delineated area in Sandy/Draper, UT, specifically at N: 9400 S, S: 13800 S, E: 1300 E, W: I15. Designated on-site parking for up to 17 (severteen) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government

requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Submission
