Identification Checking Guides and Online Access Services

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for written Identification Checking Guides and the online access to said guides for use by TSA to aid screeners in verifying identification credentials presented for access into sterile areas of airports. The guides (written and online) shall contain valid and current state license photo ID’s, front and back color pictures of Driver Licenses, U.S. Federal identifications and Federal Documents, to include but not limited to immigration documents, passports, military/Department of Defense , visas, Diplomatic, Consular identifications, Trusted Traveler Programs (i.e. Customs and Border Protection (CDP) and Tribal Identifications. OCONUS (outside the continental US) written Identification Checking Guides are also needed. OCONUS guides shall contain valid and all issuing countries of national and territorial driver’s license photo ID’s front and back color pictures of Driver Licenses, and country’s official Identification Card.
