This is a combined for a commercial service procurement prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912P8-26-Q-A011 is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside only procurement under a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is being procured as Firm-Fixed Price under FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The designated NAICS code is 624190 – Other Individual and Family Services, Size Standard $16,000,000.00. The PSC code for this requirement is G004 – Social - Social Rehabilitation. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Offeror(s). Additionally, Offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award.
