Description

The ITL services being acquired are in support of Sea Commander and MCC systems aboard NSCs #1 through #10 and TRACEN Petaluma and include the following: Support multiple USCG environments used for Engineering Services and Sustainment baselines which include: Providing the infrastructure and build environment to all required development C2CI systems. Providing the infrastructure to replicate fleet issues and remotely support issue resolution. Maintaining the Sea Commander, MCC and SBU systems across the fleet. Common Source Library (CSL) development USCG program LM-developed Software Cybersecurity engineering & Data Analysis Provide a US government compliant Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) processing environment using Risk Management Framework (RMF) policies: Allows ITL to operate a Secret environment under an Authority to Operate (ATO). Support continuous cybersecurity monitoring for the System Security Plan (SSP). Ensure that ITL Vendor Service Agreements (VSAs) are compliant.
