THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests a reliable vendor to supply One Single Ramp (OSR) and Rear Deployment Deck (RDD) Elevated Tactical System over a 5-year ordering period. These Elevated Tactics Systems (ETS) systems shall maximize the FBI’s tactical advantage and operators’ safety during multi-level structural interventions by eliminating tactical bottlenecks of traditional ladders. These non-negotiable capabilities are required to successfully execute high-threat, multi-level structural interventions.

This is a Sources Sought notice/Request for Information (RFI). This is not a formal solicitation. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately at a later time. Information provided to the Government because of this posting is strictly voluntary and given with no expectation of compensation and clearly provided at no cost to the Government. Contracting Officer, by potential offerors or their employees regarding this requirement is strictly prohibited. The summary is as follows: The contractor shall provide new, Elevated Tactics Systems (ETS) that produces three (3) core outcomes: Delivery of a dominant assault force: Simultaneous entry and instant stack positioning. Radical Reduction in Time-On-Target: Compressed timeline and mechanical speed. Maximum Operator Survivability: Mobile cover and reduced physical fatigue. contract type will be firm fixed price. The FBI is interested in obtaining information from industry.
