for Information (RFI) for Department of Navy Enterprise Budget Formulation Solution REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED and FM&C Directorate on behalf of the (Financial Management and Comptroller), Secretariat Comptroller and Resources Department (OASN (FM&C), SCRD). The Department of the Navy (DON) is seeking information on modern, commercially available, cloud-based software solutions to enhance the DON’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes, with a focus on modernizing the “Pre-PBIS” activities of the budget formulation phase. Included with this RFI are two

attachments. Attachment I provides the

background of this potential requirement, a scope of

requirements and submissions instructions. Attachment II provides demonstration scenarios. Firms are invited to respond to this RFI providing submissions in accordance with Section 5 of Attachment I labeled Submissions Instructions.
