IN ORDER TO BE DEEMED RESPONSIVE, THE SOLICITATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Fill out box 17A, then Read box 28 and sign page 1 boxes 30 a, b, and c. 2. Provide your cage code. 3. Please quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA. 4. Annotate the lead time. 5. Annotate the name of the manufacturer, and the products country of manufacturing. 6.
