CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC- NJ-WSD is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of performing all

requirements in the SOW of but is not limited to Brick Repointing ? PITTSBURGH, PA. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 238140: Masonry Contractors (i.e., not combined with any other service). The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for a

period of performance that will be 120 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed Date to complete ALL TASKS associated with the Specification of Work. 2. PROJECT SCOPE: The requirement is to repair failed/failing brickwork features: mortar joints, plugged weep holes, lintels, and windowsills. BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to exterior brick, lintel repointing and repair. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS. 3. SUBMISSION

This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government.
