Description

The Reporting functionality allows Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Office (SAPRO) requires Case Complete Software Licenses. The contractor shall provide a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FEDRAMP) approved web-based and mobile app communication and collaboration platform with access for SAPRO designated representatives to update content. The contractor shall provide maintenance support coverage for 36 months from the contract award. (Base Year, plus two (2) Option Years. All quotes are due at 10:00 AM EST on the 6th March 2026. All

questions are due by 11:00 AM EST on the 3rd March 2026 and can be sent to me via email at [email protected]. Award will be made to the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer, at a price that the Government has determined to be fair and reasonable. Technical acceptability will be based on an Offeror's ability to meet the

requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW) and delivery schedule. The Technical Acceptability Standards are outlined below: Technical Acceptability Standards: Acceptable- Quote clearly meets minimum

requirements of this RFQ. Unacceptable- Quote does not clearly meet the minimum

requirements of this RFQ. Please provide a complete quote including Company Information/POC, CAGE Code, DUNS numbers, Tax Identification (TIN), and Business size. Please ensure your company is currently registered in SAM.gov. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed nonresponsive and will not be evaluated.
