The Government contemplates award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Task Order resulting from this solicitation. The resultant Task Order will have a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one-year options for a total of five (5) years, if all options are exercised. The requirement is currently being performed under Task Orders N0016419F3010 and N0016423F3008. The Government intends to solicit this Task Order on an unrestricted competition basis among SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ MACs) prime MAC holders in accordance with (IAW) FAR 16.505. The solicitation will be made available posted on https://www.sam.gov via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) SOLICITATION MODULE. All changes that occur to competitive actions prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://www.sam.gov via the PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE.
