for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors The Tennessee National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the repair the generator power system for Building 720 at Berry Field Air National Guard (ANG) Base, Nashville TN. The requirement involves the retrofitting of existing generators with paralleling equipment, the installation of a new generator docking station, and the extension of new and existing generator feeds. The contractor must tie the new connections into the automatic transfer switch panels. All work shall be in accordance with the SOW, construction plans, specifications, and applicable building codes. The contractor shall be responsible for providing temporary electrical power to Building 720 during any planned utility or generator outages to ensure 100% operational continuity of the 118th Wing’s missions. The contract duration will be 120 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. This project is set aside 100% for small businesses.
