Requirements (SABER) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). Intention of 31 CONS at a later moment, is to solicit and award an IDIQ construction contract, with projects based on a general Statement of Work (SOW) and further defined at the Task Order (T O) level. The SABER, will include work generally defined as non-complex, minor design and multiple project trades including, but not limited to demolition, asbestos and hazardous material (HAZMAT) abatement, architectural, civil and structural work, electrical and communication work, plumbing work, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) work and fire protection.
