Description
The proposed acquisition is for the establishment of a "MACC BOA" for construction
requirements on Travis Air Force Base, CA. The intent is to establish two pools of contractors, Pool 1 is for minor non-complex construction, while Pool 2 is contemplated to be for design-build
requirements or major construction. Pool 1: Minor Construction will consist of non-complex construction contracts that do not include design. Pool 2: Major Construction will be used for more complex
requirements that require design. The SF 1442 used in the
attachments is for infomrational use only. It is there to demonstrate the clauses that are being proposed in the future agreements. Amendment 1: Changes the date the applications are due. It also incorporates responses to the RFIs.
19 May 2025: Synopsis for Anticipated Orders for FY25 has been added. The synopsis does not guarantee the government will award the projects included.
