The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Level 1 Level Tubing Connectors IAW attached documents (Notes: Vendor shall list the country of origin for each line item & If not the actual manufacturer- Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size must be provided). To be considered for award, the manufacturer and grime vendor (if not the manufacturer) must both have an ISO 9001 certificate and QA Manual (dated/reviewed within last 3 Years) and have comgleted a site visit.
