questions and answers to assist vendors in developing their responses to the RFI for Ground Combat Vehicle Production: Q1: Should we also identify any issues or concerns that we would need to be addressed by the Government to secure our interest in pursuing a requirement if/when it is issued? A1: Yes. Please address any such issues such as minimum annual quantities or long-term commitments, etc. that you would care to present ? either as incentives or disincentives to be overcome.
