Period of Performance: 400 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. THE BID/BUILD CONTRACTOR shall create a new PET/CT Scan Room (2C118) and Control Room 2C107 in the footprint of the existing Imaging Room 2C118 and adjacent Dosage Admin 2C107 and Storage 2C107A. A new PET/CT Equipment Room (114) will be carved out of the existing, reconfigured nearby corridor areas. Modifications to several areas within the Nuclear Medicine suite. Modified areas include Check-In 2C129 to provide better patient privacy for VAMC Bay Pines Construction Prepare Site for Installation of a new PET/CT, as required by SOW, drawings, and specifications The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
