This notice is for a proposed contract in accordance with (IAW) FAR 5.201(b)(1), for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source IAW 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), "Soliciting from a Single Source."
