This requirement is for 4,125 TLD smoke badge holders from Polymar Injection Molding at Wright-Patterson AFB. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334517. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/RIZ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, intends to award a single source purchase order as authorized by RFO 12.201-2 to Polymar Injection Moldings, a division of ASM Industries. Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
