The procurement will be procured and awarded as a competitive Total Small Business using FAR Part 15 procedures. The Magnitude and estimated dollar value of the required services range between $250,000 and $500,000. The contract completion period is anticipated to be 180 calendar days. This is an informal source selection procurement requiring both technical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-price factors. Contracting officer that it is a small business under the North American Industry System (NAICS) 238220 with a small business size of $22.5M. A small business joint venture may qualify if the joint venture meets all of the
requirements of CFR 125.8, and the joint venture is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time the joint venture submits its offer under this solicitation. A business concern should provide a copy of the notice required by 13 CFR 125.8 if material changes occur before contract award that could affect its
