Notice of Intent to Sole Source CSOSA Cable Televisions and Internet Cable Modem Services This is a notice of intent to sole source for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) Cable Television and Internet Cable Modem Services. The CSOSA intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s

requirements. The CSOSA anticipates the award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Comcast Government Services, LLC, Reston VA. The CSOSA has a requirement for the installation of High Definition Cable Television (TV) services in CSOSA . The anticipated

period of performance is one year, from March 27, 2026, through March 26, 2027. It is anticipated a firmed fixed price Purchase Order. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
