The Department of Defense is establishing a virtual library to serve as a data repository for documents supporting proposal development for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant competition. Access to this library requires companies to be registered with the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program and to complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement, with specific contacts provided for assistance. The government will upload documents throughout the pre-solicitation and solicitation phases, and it is the contractor's responsibility to review the site for the latest information.
