Questions and Answers Worksheet for potential Quoters' consideration. (SEE ATTACHMENT K - OCC HOCL SUPPORT_QA WKSHEET-GOVT FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILS) ORIGINAL POST (APRIL 2,

2026) Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.5— Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, the (OCC) is releasing this request for quotation (RFQ), i.e., solicitationin an effort to procure OCC Hotel Occupancy for Conferencing and Lodging (HOCL) Support to the Uniform Commission Examination (UCE) Program. As a reminder, Quoters must comply with the base rate and fringe benefit rate

requirements of the prevailing Wage Determinations, where applicable, as proposed. Should the best suited Quoter be an OTSB (i.e., Large Business), it will be required to submit a Commercial Plan in lieu of a Subcontracting Plan. The best suited Quoter will need to confirm at time of notice to participate in Factor 5 (Site Visit) whether complimentary rooms will be provided for the 1-night stay.
