on 7/31/26 Contract Specialist: Kimberly Pozderac Email: [email protected] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DLA Weapons Support is preparing to solicit the following Long-Term Contract: NSN 6110-01-100-7637 ITEM NAME Memory Board UNIT OF ISSUE EA ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The AMC/AMSC for the NSN listed above is “1/G” AMC "1" Suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. AMSC "G" The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. (This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. Other AMSCs such as K, M, N, Q, and S may imply limited competition when two or more independent sources exist, yet the technical data package is inadequate for full and open competition.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: This project contains Drawings/Specifications. Vendors may access the applicable drawings/specifications by querying MR011007637 within TDMT. Drawings cannot be accessed through DIBBS at this time. The applicable North American System (NAICS) code is 334519 with Small Business size standard of 600 employees. This SOURCES SOUGHT notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is strictly for market research.

This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the capability and availability of qualified businesses that can execute this potential contract. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. Your response to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. EXPORT CONTROL OF TECHNICAL DATA This item has technical data, some or all of which is subject to export-control of either the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and cannot be exported without prior authorization from either the Department of State or the Department of Commerce. Export includes disclosure of technical data to foreign persons and nationals whether located in the United States or abroad. This requirement applies equally to foreign national employees and U.S. companies and their foreign subsidiaries. DFARS 252.225-7048 is applicable to this data. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) limits distribution of export-control technical data to DLA contractors that have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification, have completed the Introduction to Proper Handling of DOD Export-Controlled Technical Data Training and the DLA Export-Controlled Technical Data Questionnaire (both are available at the web address given below), and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data. Instructions for obtaining access to the export-controlled data can be found at: https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/EnhancedValidation/ To be eligible for award, offerors and any sources of supply proposed for use are required to have an approved JCP certification and have been approved by the DLA controlling authority to access export-controlled data managed by DLA. DLA will not delay award in order for an offeror or its supplier to apply for and receive approval by the DLA controlling authority to access the export-controlled data.
