BACKGROUND: NCTAMS LANT provides critical base level communications to base users and supported commands and is integral to the mission for all users onboard Naval Air Station (NAS) Key West, Naval Station (NAVSTA) Great Lakes, NAVSTA Norfolk, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Mechanicsburg, NSA Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Navy Yard (PNYA) Philadelphia by providing critical commercial telephone services to all users and supported commands.
