Description

The project involves the supply, installation, and commissioning of a hydraulic distribution system, including distribution piping, thermal insulation, pumping system and, heat exchanger.. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract. In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), all contractors must be bonded and possess all permits and licenses required to do business in Spain. All offerors will be required to provide proof that they already possess said permits as part of their offer. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provisions 52.204-7.
