All emails, regardless of the size, need to be received by the Government server, by the stated date and time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives the entire quote. Factor 1. Technical Capability: The technical proposal shall be addressed in sufficient written detail for the Government to determine if the Offeror understands the technical aspects of the Government's requirement. Offeror shall demonstrate that it can provide required supplies that are compatible with Medi-Dose Information Labeling Technology (MILT) software via the submission of a written capability statement, product literature, or other materials. Factor 2. Price: Offeror shall complete the
