Pre-Solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network

Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Stryker Medical (UEI: UJPNLN1M18B3) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. The contract is for preventative maintenance services for VA-owned Stryker patient beds, stretchers, and pumps at San Francisco VA Health Care System. The

period of performance is from June 23, 2026 June 22, 2027 with four one-year option periods. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.

This is NOT a solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and past performance information for consideration on or before March 13, 2026 12:00PM PST. The capability statement shall demonstrate the company can provide a certified and trained in Stryker equipment technician. Past performance information shall be recent (within the past three years) and demonstrate the company has performed maintenance on this specific brand name equipment.
