Description

AMENDMENT 0002 (July 16,

2026) The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to provide the Government's official responses to

questions submitted by industry regarding the Portable Oxygen Generator System (POGS) solicitation. The

Questions & Answers (Q&A) document has been uploaded and is attached to this posting as RPP_Solicitation_QA_POGS.pdf. Offerors are advised to review the Q&A document in its entirety, as it includes important clarifications regarding deliverable schedules (e.g., phased delivery for D-004 and D-010) and system configuration weight limits (Cylinder Filling Capability integration). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation, including the proposal due date, remain unchanged. See
