Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, certification, supervision, and materials necessary to perform all operations in connection with this project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion.
All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, statement of work, drawings, and schedule of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
