Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The vendor that submits the lowest priced quote, meeting the technical acceptability requirement, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY - Offerors shall demonstrate experience in irrigation system design and installation, including leading or designing irrigation projects and installing materials for complex irrigation systems. This experience is required, and contractors must provide examples of three previously completed projects of similar scope, including a description or plan demonstrating their role and responsibilities. Additionally, experience with deep water irrigation systems for mature trees is preferred.
