Description

1. GENERAL INFORMATION:

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, a Request for Quote (RFQ), or a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it commit the Government to issue a solicitation in the future. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes to identify potential qualified sources. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of providing non-personal services to deliver 46 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) across eight divisions within the USARCENT G3 Directorate and Command Group. Supported capabilities include modeling and simulation (M&S) based exercises, operational planning, current operations (OPCEN), target development, air and missile defense (AMD) synchronization, and strategic planning support. This requirement supports the USARCENT G3/5/7 Enterprise at Shaw AFB, SC (CONUS) and occasional forward travel to locations including Kuwait, Jordan, and the Udairi Range Complex (OCONUS). The Government is conducting market research to determine if this requirement can be set aside for 8(a) Small Business participants. Responses from all business sizes are welcome. The Government's preference is to set this requirement aside for 8(a) participants if two or more capable, responsible 8(a) firms are identified at a fair market price (FAR 19.108-7). 2.
