A SOLE SOURCE ACTION to GEOCOMP, INC, XC9FVP8ETDL1, 125 Nagog Park Acton, Massachusetts 01720-3451 for GeoComp LoadTrac II Resilient Modulus and Unconfined Compression Testing Upgrades. This procurement action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12,102(a), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.201, Simplified procedures.
