The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, is seeking to identify qualified and interested vendors capable of providing heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and incidental services for various locations throughout the states of Florida and Georgia. The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this requirement. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from the market to determine the availability and capability of vendors, including small businesses under the relative North American Industry System (NAICS) codes. Refer to the
attachments for more details. Description of Requirement The USACE Jacksonville District requires a contractor to provide a wide range of heavy and civil construction materials, tools, and associated incidental services. The Government will issue Call Orders against the BPA on an as-needed basis. Key
requirements include: Scope: Sourcing and delivering materials for various civil works and construction projects. A non-exclusive list of potential materials is provided in the attached Purchase Description. Geographic Area: Projects will be located throughout the states of Florida and Georgia. Delivery: Unless otherwise specified in a Call Order, all materials are to be delivered to the specified project site within five (5) business days of award notification. The contractor will be responsible for transportation and secure delivery of all materials. Quality: All materials must be delivered in undamaged condition and will be inspected by the Government to ensure they meet specified
requirements. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued.
