Place of Performance Delivery shall be made by to the Dredge McFARLAND at Fort Mifflin.Delivery Address: 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA, 19153 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE), Philadelphia District (NAP), is issuing a solicitation for a firm fixed-price purchase order for 3,000 gallons of new SAE 40 Engine Lubricating Oil for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hopper Dredge McFarland.BASIS FOR SELECTION OF AWARD: Quotations will be evaluated on technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agencys needs), price, and past performance. Please submit your quote demonstrating that you meet the

requirements listed in the statement of work. A price realism analysis may be conducted by the government to determine if an offerors proposed costs are realistic (too low). The agency will review prices to determine whether they are so low that they reflect a lack of technical understanding for the work to be performed.
