The United States Probation and Pretrial Services . Agreements are for the period beginning October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with a provision for the Government to unilaterally extend the agreement in accordance with Section I, Clause 2-90D, Option to Extend the Term, for an additional four years, at four twelve-month intervals.
