This is a Sources Sought Notice only. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size relative to NAICS code 339113 (size standard of 800 employees). Responses to this Sources Sought Notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be published. Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide one (1) borescope and other components listed below. This borescope at a minimum must meet the following salient characteristics: The borescope is the visual inspection method identified in the Instructions for Use (IFUs) of the channeled/lumened instruments and scopes in use at the Brooklyn Campus. The requested borescope will be used to inspect those instruments and scopes in SPS to ensure no residual bioburden is left after cleaning and prior to HLD or sterilization to prevent cross-contamination. The requested items are as follows: Flexible Inspection Scope (FIS; FIS-007) with USB Control Box Kit and 1.9mm catheter Provides enhanced light, vision, and magnification. Offers users the option of documenting high-quality photos and videos of lumens and crevices not visible to the unaided eye using Scope Viewer Software. The Scope Viewer Software is included with the USB Control Box version of the borescope and is compatible with Windows 11 PCs. The software allows the user to easily capture and save photos and videos for future reference. An image reference window also allows the user to display a previously save image to reference alongside of the live view of the item being inspected. The software would need to be installed on the PC. Includes USB cable. The images would be stored on VA computers. Has a modular design with interchangeable flexible inspection scope

attachments available in various diameters (e.g., the 1.9mm and 1.06mm diameters requested herein) and lengths (e.g., 110cm requested herein). The 1.9mm catheter is designed to inspect internal channels of 2.0mm in diameter or larger. Clamp for FIS a sturdy, easy to install mounting clamp that saves space and secures the control box to posts that are 19-38mm in diameter or rails that are 10 to 25mm in diameter. Endodolly designed for hanging scopes and stands on a five-wheel locking base for ease of transportation. It is equipped with 3 self-adjusting poles that can be individually raised or lowered by touching a pressure button. The 2 outside poles extend to a maximum height of 83.5 from a minimum height of 52.4 ; the center pole extends to a maximum height of 107 from a minimum height of 58.7 Near the top of each pole is a lock tight hook holder that can accommodate two scopes per pole of any length and supports flexible scopes up to 15lbs per pole. The Endodolly holds scopes while they are being inspected with the borescope. FIS Tube clear tubing for FIS-007 Mobile Cart, 12 in length VESA Adapter plate for the FIS-007 Mobile Cart a 75mm adapter with a maximum tablet/display weight of 12 lbs (5.5kg) FIS-007 Mobile Cart transforms the scope into a mobile inspection station designed for protection, flexibility, and ease of use Tablet Roll Stand:53.5 post with 1.25 diameter Wheelbase (base): 21 inches with 10lbs counterweight Wire basket Pull handle VESA adapter plate (see below) Post/Rail Clamp - .75 to 1.5 diameter post Tube holder kit with 12 clear tube (see above), 4 cable ties, and 2 tube holders FIS007 Storage and Protection Tray the end user can safely store unused catheters with this clear, durable and reusable tray. The clear tray allows the user to quickly identify the unused catheters inside. 1.06mm Catheter - The 1.06mm catheter is designed to inspect internal channels of 1.1mm in diameter or larger. Length is 110cm, as stated above. Mounting Tablet for FIS works with the mobile cart to transform the FIS into a mobile inspection station.
