Scope of Work FCC Yazoo City is formally requesting a price quotation for the acquisition of fourteen (14) heated food holding cabinets. These units must be engineered to maximum security specifications for use within a correctional facility. CRITICAL COMPLIANCE NOTE: This procurement is restricted strictly to the brand and model specified below. Alternate brands, equivalent models, or aftermarket substitutions will not be considered or accepted. 2. Fasteners: Factory-installed tamper-proof, security-head fasteners (torx or spanner) across all exterior surfaces. Controls: Heavy-gauge stainless steel lockable security cover completely enclosing the digital thermostat and power switch. Locking System: Heavy-duty, padlockable door hasp integrated directly into the structural latch assembly at the factory.
