Digital Analytics for Countering Foreign Propaganda

The , Planning, and Resources for Public Diplomacy (R/PPR) is seeking information from qualified technology and data access providers regarding solutions for analyzing foreign adversarial propaganda from state and non-state actors. The Department is interested in solutions that enhance its ability to access relevant open-source data, identify adversarial propaganda influence networks, conduct digital media forensics including deep fake detection, assess linkages between activity across the information environment and real world behavior, while ensuring compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations.
