NARA is the only source that can operate an established, state-licensed youth residential treatment facility within the required geographic area at the time of award. They possess the organizational infrastructure, clinical staffing, accreditation, and operational capacity necessary to provide immediate and uninterrupted residential behavioral health services. Additionally, NARA demonstrated the capability to deliver culturally responsive programming specifically designed to address the unique social, cultural, and behavioral health needs of American Indian and Alaskan Native adolescents, including established relationships with Tribal communities and referral networks.
