Description

The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following services: Removal and Installation of a Yanmar Forklift Engine(s) in a Hyster 6K lb Forklift #11E157. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, labor and supervision necessary to remove the non-functional Yanmar engine and install the customer provided Yanmar engine IAW Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), HYSTER, guidelines to ensure seamless installation and restore the forklift to complete functionality. All services must be performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications by certified technicians. All ancillary parts/materials should be genuine OEM parts. IAW R-DFARS PGI 206.103-170, the intent of this sources sought is to identify any additional authorized service installers for Yanmar Engines. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this One Reasonable Source action must submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates the firm’s technical expertise, certifications, and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this equipment.
