An active SBA Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) Class Waiver is in effect for NAICS 333924. AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds. This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated September 2026.
