Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in the Kingdom of Bahrain will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The requirement is for providing Life insurance services to the Locally hired employees of the United States Mission in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The estimated number of employees is approximately 104. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All qualified sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. SAM registration is not required; however, qualified offerors must have a valid CAGE/N-CAGE code for verification. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
