Requesting 9000 gallons of 100 low lead AVGAS in support of the 2026 Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Great Air Show and Open House.

Period of Performance is

03 May 2026.

Place of Performance is JBSA Randolph AFB, tx 78150-4525. The Contractor must comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFFARS). Adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), procedures. Coordinate with the Air Boss, Combat Flight Rules (CFR), Airfield Management, Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON)/Tower, and the FAA. Attend all required safety and flight sequence Briefs. The contractor shall abide by Technical Order (TO) 00-25-172, Technical Manual and DAFMAN 91-203, Air Force Occupational Safety, Fire, and Health Standards.
