Verify on SAM.govThe commercial product requirement is for no less than four (4) unit seats of subscriptions and licenses that include and provide access to: Commercial service to visualize location-based data via a browser-based platform (tied to individual PKI certificates) Training materials and documentation Ongoing platform and open-source data offering upgrades Query access to a variety of open-source data sources, specifically including the GDELT dataset, supporting a minimum of 200 queries per user per month, which includes: Turnkey solution to analyze, join, and geographically map event data from the GDELT dataset Support a "Bring Your Own Data" (BYOD) capability, allowing users to import up to 100 GB of user-controlled data per seat in CSV, KML, and GeoJSON formats All data access shall be restricted to use within the commercial instance and shall permit the creation of derivative products Access to a rolling three (3) years of historical, global AdTech data, providing location and time-stamp reporting for mobile devices (with data latency ranging from hours up to 3-day delay), which includes: All mobile AdID shall be anonymized and normalized to ensure privacy compliance Integrated layered data sources, including ADS-B and satellite AIS for aircraft and maritime detection, supported by scalable machine learning capabilities Procedures IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) will be utilized. This pre-solicitation notice satisfies the requirement in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2)(i).
